Privacy Policy

LLMJudge.com ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data. We believe in minimal data collection — we gather only what is necessary to operate and improve the site.

1. Information We Collect

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit LLMJudge.com, our hosting provider (Vercel) and analytics service (Vercel Analytics) automatically collect limited technical data including: your IP address (anonymized and not stored long-term), browser type and version, device type (desktop, mobile, tablet), operating system, pages visited and time spent on each page, referring website (how you arrived at our site), and country-level geographic location derived from your IP address.

Vercel Analytics is a privacy-focused analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not track users across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. Analytics data is aggregated and used solely to understand site traffic patterns and improve our content.

Information You Provide Voluntarily

If you contact us via email (at hello@llmjudge.com, research@llmjudge.com, partnerships@llmjudge.com, or any other address), we collect the information you include in your message, including your email address and name. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not added to any marketing lists or shared with third parties.

2. Cookies and Tracking

LLMJudge.com does not set first-party tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising-based tracking technologies.

Third-party services on our site may set their own cookies or tracking mechanisms. These include: display advertising networks (such as Carbon Ads) that may use cookies to serve relevant advertisements, and affiliate link providers that may set cookies to track referrals when you click through to a model provider's website. These third-party cookies are governed by the respective third party's privacy policy, not ours.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will not affect your ability to use LLMJudge.com.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: operate and maintain the website, understand which pages and content are most useful to visitors (via aggregated analytics), improve our evaluations, content, and user experience, respond to inquiries you send us via email, and detect and prevent abuse or technical issues. We do not use your information for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decision-making. We do not build user profiles. We do not sell, rent, or trade any personal information to third parties, and we never will.

4. Third-Party Links

LLMJudge.com contains links to third-party websites, including AI model providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc.), advertising partners, and data sources. When you click an external link and leave our site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that third-party website. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites and encourage you to review their policies independently. Affiliate links are marked with rel="sponsored" for transparency.

5. Data Retention

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 12 months and then automatically deleted. Email correspondence is retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry, and no longer than 24 months unless ongoing communication requires it. We do not maintain databases of user accounts, profiles, or personal information beyond email correspondence.

6. Data Security

LLMJudge.com is served over HTTPS, ensuring all data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) maintains SOC 2 Type II compliance, and our domain is protected with DNSSEC where supported by our registrar. While no method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, we implement industry-standard security measures to protect the limited data we collect.

7. Your Rights

For All Visitors

You have the right to: request information about what data we hold about you, request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, opt out of any future communications from us, and disable cookies in your browser settings.

Our legal basis for processing the limited data we collect is legitimate interest (operating and improving our website). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@llmjudge.com. We will respond within 30 days.

For California Residents — CCPA

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to: know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@llmjudge.com.

8. Children's Privacy

LLMJudge.com is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@llmjudge.com.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of LLMJudge.com after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

For material changes that significantly affect how we handle your data, we will make reasonable efforts to notify visitors through a prominent notice on our homepage.
